Each timeless Pallarès Kitchen Knife is hand-fashioned from high-quality carbon steel, and set with a boxwood handle that is comfortable to hold. These knives are the perfect kitchen accessory and will transform the way you slice, a great gift for any budding chef.

In exchange for its high performance, you will need to show your carbon steel knives a bit of love. Carbon steel is harder than stainless steel & will hold its edge longer before needing to be sharpened. It is natural for carbon steel to develop a patina over time and this only adds to the beauty of these knives.

Blade sizes are available from 8cm up to 22cm. Each is sold individually.

Care: Never soak in water or place in the dishwasher. Keep your knife dry as carbon steel will rust if it remains wet. If rust begins forming you can squeeze lemon juice directly on the blade and scrub with a scouring pad.

Pallarès, founded in 1917, is today the last standing & only testimony to Solsona's renowned knife-making industry (dating back to the 16th century). Throughout its history, Pallarès have always chosen the highest quality materials and its main aim has been and still is the quality of the cutting edge, which is why all knives are sharpened by hand.
